Can I still use the Thing Library?
YES! The Thing Library will still be accessible, however the hours may be reduced. Stayed tuned for more info on that. -
I have a product from Reimagine that I can’t live without! Can I still order it from you?
We are open to bringing in specific products either as a one-off or on a subscription basis if there is enough desire. Make sure to fill out our survey to let us know if you would like to continue to purchase anything we currently sell. -
Is the Refillery staying open or is that shutting, too?
We will look at offering some products as subscriptions. Please fill in the survey and we will contact folks individually. We will not have a full refillery any longer though - just select products. -
Thank you to everyone who has supported our mission through a monthly membership. We will be writing to all members soon to discuss our plans.
-
What do I do with my containers?
We will be accepting your container returns until our final day of business. After the grocery store has closed we will no longer be accepting returns. -
Why is the grocery store winding down?
There are many reasons we are closing the store, not all of which we discuss publicly. In a nutshell, the grocery store does not work for our family any longer. -
Will you be opening again in the future?
No, we will not be reopening the grocery store again. -
YES! We have a lot of ideas for fun, exciting and community-focused events that we would like to hold in our space. Additionally, the event space is available for rent for all kinds of events! If you or someone you know is looking for an event or meeting space then please see here for more detail...
