  Yes! Every meal is 100% vegan, 100% plant-based and cruelty-free, and everything we sell in our store is too.

• Can I add extra items to my order?

  Yes! You can add anything from our grocery store and refillery—coffee, cleaning products, pantry essentials, and more. Every Monday, when we send the link to customize your meal box, just click it to add more products. Plus, if you spend $75, you get free delivery!

• Can I order a single meal?

  Absolutely! You can order as many as you’d like—whether it’s 1 or 5—to give them a try before subscribing to the weekly meal box. Click here to check out our current meals and order for just $11.99 each. When you subscribe, the price drops to just $10 per meal!

• Can you handle my dietary needs/preferences?

  All of our meals are vegan, and most are gluten-free. We offer keto options, and many meals are free from nuts, soy, and mushrooms.   Nope! You can skip weeks whenever you need to and cancel at any time. Heading out of town? Simply pause your subscription. Managing your meals is easy.

• Do you deliver?

  Yes! We deliver across London, Ontario, every Friday afternoon. Delivery is just $5 (or free if you spend $75+). Be sure to place your order by midnight on Wednesday. • Do you deliver to condos or apartment buildings?

  Yes, we deliver to condos and apartment buildings. Just make sure we have the access code or any instructions for entry, or ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.

• How are the meals packaged? Is there a deposit on containers?

  Our meals come in returnable, microwave-safe, and freezer-safe tubs. There’s no deposit for meal box subscribers and a small, returnable $1 deposit when you buy an individual meal. Thank you for returning containers so that we can wash, sanitize, and reuse them again and again.

• How big are your portions?

  Each meal is a generous 500 grams. Compared to most services that offer 300-350 grams, our portions are large enough for two lunches or one hearty dinner with some leftovers (depending on how big your appetite is).

• How does the meal box work?

  You can order individual meals for $11.99 each, or subscribe to our weekly meal box for $50 (which works out to just $10 per meal!). • How long do the meals last? How do I reheat the meals?

  Our frozen meals can be safely stored in the freezer for 3-6 months. Our meals can be reheated straight from frozen, or you can thaw them in the refrigerator if you prefer. • How long will my meals stay fresh?

  Our meals are frozen and will stay fresh for 3-6 months in your freezer!

• How spicy are your meals?

  Our meals generally fall between a 2 and 4 out of 5 on the spice scale. We’ll clearly note any "spicy" dishes in the product descriptions.

• Is there a delivery fee?

  Delivery is just $5 to anywhere in London, or free if you spend $75 or more.

• What do I do with the containers when I’m done?

  You can hold on to your containers until your next delivery, or bring them back to our store at 206 Piccadilly St. If returning them is tricky, just let us know.

• What if I don’t like the meals?

  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a meal doesn’t hit the spot, just let us know which one and why, and we’ll either replace it or give you a full refund.

• What if I don’t want meals delivered every week?

  We offer both weekly and bi-weekly subscription options. You can also skip a week anytime or pause your subscription indefinitely. • What if I have a severe food allergy?

  While we offer many gluten-free and nut-free meals, we can’t accommodate severe allergies, as our meals are prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens such as gluten, peanuts, and soy.

• What if I’m not home when the delivery driver comes?

  If you're not home, please leave a cooler outside for us to drop the meals into. Our driver typically leaves the store around 12:30 pm, and deliveries happen between 1 pm and 6 pm. You’ll get an email in the morning with your delivery window, and another when your meals are delivered.

• What if I want to order more than 5 meals?

  No problem! You can order as many as you need—6, 7, 10, or more! We have several subscribers who order 10 or more meals each week to feed their entire family.

• Where do you deliver?

  We deliver all across London, Ontario, every Friday. If you’re outside of London, you can pick up your order from our downtown location at 206 Piccadilly St.

• Why are so many meals unavailable on the website?

  We leave "sold out" meals up so you can see the variety of dishes we create and get a sense of what might be included in future meal boxes.
