  • Can I still order from you if I’m outside of London?

    Yes! We ship anywhere in Canada using Canada Post for a fixed rate of $15 in Ontario and $20 in the rest of Canada, and offer free shipping for orders over $150. Please note that we cannot send any liquids, creams, gels or food products by Canada Post.

  • Do you offer delivery or pickup?

    We offer both pickup (from 206 Piccadilly St) and free delivery within London, Ontario on orders of $75 or more. Delivery is just $5 for orders under $75.   • When will my order be delivered?

    We deliver once a week on Fridays between 1 PM and 6 PM. Order by midnight Wednesday night for delivery that Friday. Any orders made throughout the week will be delivered the following Friday.

  • When will my order be ready for pickup?

    When you place your order, you can book a pickup slot, which could be the same day or another day within 7 days. If you order by 3 pm, you can pick up by 6 pm the same day!
